Fox Defensive Training puts a special emphasis on tested and proven skills, tactics, and information. The training offered is composed of over 20 years of personal training in varied traditional and modern fighting systems, personal experience, and 1000's of hours spent researching related information.
The Mission
Fox Defensive Training was formed in 2005 to give convenient, cutting edge, training and education to groups, places of worship, families and individuals. We promote the belief that defense of self and others is an inalienable right and that everyone needs to be prepared for both natural and man made emergencies or threats. We can all be a part of keeping our families and communities safer. Training options are tailored to your need.
